BewareI had a super good experience making the purchase. The description is correct. The part number on the part matches the part number in the order. I provided the VIN to the sales person when he and I both wanted to confirm the part for my truck. However the part is wrong, its correct for my truck just the wrong location. I confirmed this with more research. Sales guy now says the part does not fit my truck. More research confirms I indeed have the correct part for my truck at the rear location, I need the front location as described in my order form and what I asked for. They expect me to pay return shipping when they sent the wrong part. I disagree. I am 100 percent positive we had discussed the VIN when placing the order and he said he remembered the discussion. Its 117 bucks for the two brackets. Not a ton of money and 13 bucks for shipping. He said he would take the parts back and mentioned something about a third party? I had originally called to talk to a human thinking I could avoid any mistake and still I am expected to cover the return shipping? He also said to review the return policy and there is a 15% return fee. This is 100% not my error and they stubbornly refused to accept the fact I was sent the wrong part.
